Spirit Taekwondo Children’s Programs (Ages 5-12)
The children’s program is designed to keep our students active and healthy, and away from video games and electronics!
Throughout the classes, you can expect your children to learn Taekwondo techniques combined with traditional martial arts philosophy. They learn the importance of disciple, respect, and goal setting, which will help them build a foundation for a successful life.
They also learn a variety of calisthenic exercises to help keep their bodies strong, improve their stamina, and overall conditioning, and many studies have repeatedly shown that regular exercise helps students focus better in school, maintain a positive mentality, and be less likely to bully, or become a victim to bullying.
